MPower Group’s trained directors work with municipalities, commissions, and public / private organizations to create strategic and master plans to meet and exceed goals surrounding community development, historic preservation, and economic revitalization. MPower Group has also created and promoted events, conferences, and conventions for tourism commissions and associations focused on the hospitality and tourism industry. MPower Group has also performed as a sales and marketing development agent for hotel, lodging, parks/recreation, and gaming industries.

What to expect when working with us

1. Assessment

Proposed clients complete a thorough needs assessment, asset, and situational analysis prior to proposal.

2. Planning and Mapping

Post assessment, MPower Group conducts a leader planning and mapping session in order to uncover goals to be identified during the contract period. This often takes the form of a mandatory leadership strategic planning session and is generally  completed free of charge based on a letter of intent.

3. Plan and Contracting

After completing the planning session, MPower Group presents a formal strategic plan outlining the deliverables to be included in the MPower Group contract. Work begins upon contract approval.

4. Measurement of Outcome Indicators

During the program implementation process, regular performance management sessions are conducted. In most cases, these take the shape of reoccurring board meetings where MPower Group professionals maintain the planning and record keeping processes.
