On September 10, 2016, CEO and owner of MPower Group, LLC will be presenting at the National Professional Fraternity Association Annual Conference in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.

He will be presenting on the state of the millennial generation and give a better understanding of the impact on multigenerational learning.

This workshop is designed to express the impact of the Millennial Generation in higher education, student organizations, and the workforce. To demonstrate core competencies of the effects of the generational divide, participants will learn about five generations and their characteristics, with specific emphasis on the Millennial Generation.  Participants will gain a new viewpoint on the educational, collaborative, and workforce needs of millennial students, and begin to generate ideas on how to reinvent experiences to influence millennials decisions to make an organization the organizations of choice.

This course is designed to:

• Educate participants on the emerging population of students known as the Millennial Generation.
• Encourage participants to aggressively address new strategies to reinvent operational constructs to meet their needs.
• Help participants stay ahead of their competition, support the Millennial Generation of students, and maintain current student populations.
• Assist participants in earning a reputation as the organization of choice for the student of the future.
